
February 1, 2012 Tobias Weiß will assume the position of Managing Director at Niesmann+Bischoff in Polch. In Polch he is responsible for the departments of Production, Engineering and Purchasing thus complementing the management on site.
The objective is to further expand the leadership in quality of the company, to assume the leadership in innovation, and to utilise the synergy potential within the HYMER Group.
Niesmann+Bischoff, the leading manufacturer in Europe of motorhomes in the premium range, before long is introducing Tobias Weiß (55) in the management level of this enterprise, an experienced and powerful Managing Director. Thereby, the manufacturer completes the leadership ranks, and is able to further perfect the development in the range of "Premium Liners", and to increase the success and last not least the exemplary performance.
According to Weiß, the objective is to continuously improve "the entire value-added-chain starting from the idea through to the finished product and to successfully utilise the top position of Niesmann+Bischoff as well as synergies and potentials. In this respect, Tobias Weiß possesses the ideal qualifications because of his long-time experience. Subsequent to executive positions in the aerospace industry for a period of more than 20 years and other executive positions in other industries, among others he also was production manager with Carthago. During the last 6 years Weiß was responsible for the story of success of the Capron works based in Dresden, where motor homes and caravans are manufactured for the brands Carado und Sunlight.
