Quality from Niesmann+Bischoff:

For the best time of life

Endurance test: Fit for the series

Before a Liner goes into production, the motor homes have to do at least 100 laps on a test track:

  • Extreme load, maximum requirement
  • »Sine wave track« (pitch vibrations)
  • »Belgian Block« tests  suspension properties durability
  • »Washboard track«, pothole areas and concrete corrugations for vibration strain

(standard: Arto, Flair100, Flair1000)

Climatic chamber, test track and safe driving check

Prior to series production our vehicles are tested for example in the climate chamber in Sweden, are driven on outside test tracks and submitted to an extensive safe driving check.

  • Best marks for our »participants«
  • Perfect technology

(standard: Arto, Flair100, Flair1000)

We don’t leave anything to chance

We also check the driving behaviour on our on-site test track:
– Potholes and obstacles for evaluation of the torsional strength
– Different surfaces, ramps basalt cobblestone pavement

(standard: Arto, Flair100, Flair1000)

Leak test and final check

Each Liner is thoroughly examined by a specialist team:

  • 140 items (test catalogue)
  • Beginning with the processing of the furniture and inside flaps right up to the outside appearance
  • Check of the glued and sealing surfaces
  • Functional check, impermeability check and concluding final inspection
