The best Arto running gear ever,

for a unique and extremely robust bodyshell

From our point of view, the AL-KO wide tread track running gear at present is the best on the market. Niesmann+Bischoff however, has continued to perfect this solution, has reinforced the construction and has given the final touch with an extremely solid lattice frame. Furthermore, our models were tested through the Nordschleife on the Ring (max. speed:160 km/h), and with a slalom test under most unfavourable conditions and highest requirements during the safe driving training, and they did show a very good road holding, high speed in curves and a unique performance.

Outstanding driving behavious and perfect road holding

The Arto running gear offers more driving stability and better behaviour in curves:

  • AL-KO deep frame chassis with maximum frame lowering (220 mm)
  • Wide tread track running gear and independent suspension
  • Less dead weight (lightweight construction)
  • Long durability (frame elements are hot-dipped as corrosion prevention)
  • Reinforced front axle spring bolts

A robust base, massive fittings

Solid steel profiles as cross and longitudinal strutting are tightly screwed to the frame:

  • This construction already absorbs approx. 80% of the torsion forces
  • Best base for the Anti-Torsion-Box
  • Serves as a highly solid base for the floor

Original Crash-Box with integrated skirting protection

The safe front side, tested by the manufacturer, offers to the drive an exemplary protection and does not refrain from protecting details and »exterior values«:

  • Perfect seating position with plenty of leg room in case of an accident

Closed two-sided aluminium hull

The double floor is also protected from below against cold, humidity and damages, and in this case even with a continuous, closed sandwich hull made of two-sided aluminium:

  • Very good insulation values
  • Frost-proof: Water tanks, batteries, and others
