2-sided-Aluminium

Lightweight construction with optimum values

Very high pressure load is possible

With the pressure load test of two-sided-aluminium-sandwich walls is tested the torsional strength:

  • About 4.5 times higher pressure load than in case of common laminated wood versions (compare page 76)
  • Very high torsional strength
  • Styrofoam insulation with reinforcements of highly compressed PU hard profiles

(standard: Arto, Flair100, Flair1000)

Tested and trusted since 30 years

Niesmann+Bischoff is the inventor of this bodyshell concept and continues to develop:

  • Rear, side walls and roof are manufactured of 2-sided-aluminium and RTM insulating foam
  • Connections free from thermal bridges
  • Steady heat dissipation
  • Additional insulation with internal space cladding

(standard: Arto, Flair100, Flair1000)

Connections free from thermal bridges

Long-lasting and frictional wall connection technology:

  • Highly compressed PU hard profiles
  • Solid fixation free from creaking
  • Longer endurance and less strain for the furniture
  • Torsion-resistant bodyshell
  • Perfect base for the Anti-Torsion-Box

(standard: Arto, Flair100, Flair1000)

Anti-Torsion-Box offers more torsional strength

Side and rear walls, roof plate, floor and FRP front mask are firmly connected using industrial high performance glues and additionally screwed on. During the torsion test, the vehicles are lifted by a wheel at one side – no problem. In case of many competitors this position of the vehicle the entrance door cannot be opened any more.
