Igor Pusnik – chef de bar in the four star hotel Herzogspark – is the creator of this ardent, international creation, which enthralled a professional jury already during tasting: »Flair4ever 23«. The repeatedly honoured cocktail artist has come to know many interesting persons, cultures and tastes during his life as a professional bar-keeper. He made his way through trendy bars of European crowd pullers, Hilton hotels in Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt and Weimar, and of course to the bar-book legend Charles Schumann, where he picked up worthwhile ideas for infamous mixtures. The selected ingredients for our extraordinary delicacy »Flair4ever 23« he has consciously combined such that a worldwide potpourri of fruity natural beauties in a glass endearingly decorated with lemon grass simply stimulates enjoyment.
Honours: During the last years Igor Pusnik has also collected a host of trophies and obtained awards. As the winner of the Ballantine's Open 2003 and Bavarian Grand Marnier Trophy winner in 2004, he also accomplished the second and the fourth place, respectively in the Bavarian and German Cocktail Championship 2008, and he was among the three best in the Metaxa Open 2003, in the Monin Cup 2003, in the Grand Marnier Trophy Germany 2004, the Slovenija Open 2005 and the Gorbatschev Cups 2006.
With Averna from Italy and the precious Angel d’Or liqueur from Spain the Mediterranean base for a gorgeous experience is created. Fresh cranberry juice coming from the widths of the United States of America and temptingly smelling caramel syrup thereafter invite for an olfactorial pleasure, and are perfected with Orangina from France serving as filler. In the course of this there is some shaking and deliberate stirring: mysterious, majestically but still with a dash of cool self-composure. The essential kick is given to this chill out mix by decorative flavouring additions: This includes several pieces of fragrant lemon grass from Asia and pleasantly smelling kumquats coming from the wilderness of Africa. The rhythm and the unmistakable melody of the »Flair4ever 23« change the every-day monotonies already at the blink of an eye spreading cheerfulness.
This international trip of glee in the name of the Lily of Polch presents itself as an appetiser for stimulating evenings or as the ideal companion for unforgettable summer nights with close friends. Shake well!
